Manchester United could raise funds to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Manuel Ugarte in the final stages of the summer transfer window.

A decision is expected in the next few days on what the Serie A side will do with their quest to strengthen their midfield. Even if the Red Devils do not sell McTominay, The Telegraph reported this week PSG hopes that the offer to defer payments will persuade the Premier League club to agree to a Ugarte transfer.
