Lisa Vanderpump West Hollywood Condo Listed for Sale for $799,000

Lisa Vanderpump West Hollywood Condo Listed for Sale for 9,000

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd have listed their West Hollywood condo at The Courtyards Condos, 950 N Kings Road, for sale. The 955-square-foot property was listed for sale 27 days ago, on July 26. The asking price is $799,000.

Daily Mail reports that the reality TV couple previously had $31,000 in liens on the house. According to their findings, Vanderpump and Todd purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom property in August 2016 for $630,000 and were facing foreclosure in 2022.

The property is described as a “Two bedroom ground floor unit in a quiet courtyard, centrally located to all of LA with incredible walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping, just a few blocks from Melrose Place and Santa Monica Blvd! Located in the coveted Courtyards gated community with pool, spa, gym and beautiful park-like grounds. The bedrooms are separated by a living area and have private bathrooms and hardwood floors. The patio is perfect for relaxing in a peaceful setting or grilling! 2 gated parking spaces SIDE BY SIDE in a prime location with storage units complete this unit.”

Her son Max Todd reportedly lived in the property. Lisa told the Daily Mail that he sold it after seven years of living there and that while there was a dispute with the HOA, the issue was resolved and the liens on the property were removed.

According to the Daily Mail, the liens date back to 2018 – nearly $5,000 – which were paid a year later. In July 2020, they were hit again with another lien for $6,927.95.

Two years later, in May 2022, they faced foreclosure after a “Notice of Default and Decision to Sell Under a Deed of Trust” was filed in California. According to the report, the couple owed $40,691.19 of the original $441,000, according to property records. The foreclosure was lifted a month later.

An attorney explained that a lien is filed by certain creditors to protect their interests. It reflects a debt asserted and does not mean that someone has a specific debt.

“None of the family members have been held liable by any court for any debts,” he told the Daily Mail.

The lawyer blames this on “unnecessarily complicated billing practices, failed processing of payments from owners and a lack of clear communication between various financial institutions and us.”

In March 2023, two West Hollywood restaurants, partly owned by Vanderpump, received their liquor licenses exposed due to non-payment. The now-closed Pump Lounge, which was located at 8948 Santa Monica Blvd., and Tom Tom Restaurant and Bar, currently at 8932 Santa Monica Blvd., both had their liquor licenses suspended for B/E collection because someone forgot to pay renewal fees.
