  • Victim found in Baltimore with multiple gunshot wounds

    BALTIMORE, MD – An unidentified man was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds following a shooting in Baltimore’s Northwest District late Tuesday night.

    At approximately 10:06 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of Patterson Avenue after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

    Northwest District Shooting Detectives have taken over the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 410-396-2466. Anonymous tips can also be made through the Metro Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-866-7LOCKUP.

  • Suspect arrested after armed robbery in DC

    Washington, DC – A suspect was quickly arrested following an armed robbery in Northeast DC on Monday afternoon.

    At approximately 2:10 p.m., officers were stopped in the 1500 block of Benning Road in Northeast where a victim reported being robbed by two individuals, one of whom was armed with a knife. Officers who arrived promptly arrested one of the suspects.

    After the investigation was completed, 45-year-old Antonio McCoy of Northeast DC was charged with armed robbery (knife).

    The investigation is ongoing and authorities are asking anyone with information to contact police at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in violent crimes in the District of Columbia.
