Neon’s most successful film, Long-leggedwill be available for digital rental and sale in the premium segment on August 23rd and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on September 24th.
The disc release includes bonus material, including interviews with cast and crew from the set and a feature-length commentary by writer and director Osgood Perkins.
Written and directed by Perkins, the horror film stars Maika Monroe, Blair Underwood, Alicia Witt and Nicolas Cage and follows an FBI agent on the hunt for a serial killer who discovers a series of occult clues that she must solve to stop his horrific rampage.
Long-legged grossed $71 million at the US box office and more than $100 million worldwide.
Neon has been making waves this summer with the campaign for the film, starting with the first cryptic teasers released earlier this year. The campaign continued with several mysterious posters and coded messages in local newspapers. In late June, a billboard appeared in Los Angeles with a phone number that, when dialed, delivered a disturbing message from Longlegs, played by Nicolas Cage. According to Neon, the phone number has received more than 1.35 million calls worldwide.
