Cities with the fastest-rising real estate prices in the Clarksville metropolitan area
The housing boom sparked by the coronavirus pandemic continues, albeit at a slower pace. Buyers are still competing for a limited supply of housing, driving up prices for affordable properties.
The average home value in the United States was $360,974 in June, up 3.2% from a year earlier.
Rising mortgage rates have slowed growth, and in some places prices have even fallen. However, in some areas prices are still up compared to last year.
Stacker compiled a list of cities with the fastest-rising home prices in the Clarksville, TN-KY metro area using data from Zillow. The charts show the monthly average home value since January 2018.
