BTS‘S Suga was caught drunk while driving an electric scooter back on August 6, 2024. He was reportedly found by police after he fell in front of Nine One Hannam, a luxury complex in Hannam-dong. Police found him to be under the influence of alcohol and took him to the nearest station. They found an alcohol content of 0.227% in his blood. The investigation is currently ongoing.
On August 23, 2024, Suga showed up at the precinct to receive his summons for investigation. He arrived at around 7:45 p.m. after finishing his duty for the day.
Suga paused briefly in front of the press to talk about his incident.
He apologized profusely for the incident and promised to conduct thorough investigations.
First of all, I am very sorry. I really think about how I have disappointed many fans and many people very much. I will investigate carefully. Again, I am sorry.
