A Spanish colonial-style property with an illustrious ownership history is coming onto the market in Los Angeles.

The 305-square-meter property on a hill in the Los Feliz neighborhood is currently asking price of $4.8 million.

Previous owners of the 2510 Chislehurst Place complex include “Don’t Worry Darling” director and actress Olivia Wilde from 2011 to 2013 – and Brian Henson, son of “Muppets” creator Jim Henson.

According to Patricia Ruben of Sotheby’s International Realty, who shares the listing with her colleague Alan Melkonyan, the property, built in 1929, still retains about 90 percent of its original details, as Mansion Global first reported.

The current owner is Jeff Boutelle, the CEO of vitamin and nutritional supplement maker Pharmavite, which also owns Nature Made. Boutelle purchased the residence in 2017 for $3.04 million from fashion designer Jon Buscemi, a cousin of actor Steve Buscemi, according to Mansion Global.

The house is accessed through a large rotunda and currently has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a half bath – all on a 0.21 acre plot.

There is a library with a monogrammed fireplace, a living room with a French balcony, a home theater with an original bar, and a recently updated eat-in kitchen with two ovens and a custom banquette.

Highlights include hand-painted Malibu tiles, several winding wrought iron staircases, vaulted ceilings, curved walls, exposed wood beams, and both stained and leaded glass windows.

Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and one has a walk-in closet.

Outside, there are several outdoor dining areas including a patio just off the kitchen, a saltwater waterfall, gravel paths, tiered deciduous trees, and a garage.

Overall, the address is characterized by bright white walls and Spanish tiled roofs.

The upper level offers breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding green landscape.
