Derry man charged with supplying methamphetamine: court report

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the following individuals.

Vinh Tan Ngo, 38, of Cornell Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, charged with second-degree aggravated assault and simple assault. He was accused of throwing a beer bottle at another person, causing a broken nose, in Salem on August 27, 2023.

James Phillip Nolet, 43, of Forest Street in Methuen, MA, was charged on January 26 in Salem with obstruction of public order and possession of two controlled drugs, crack cocaine and buprenorphine. According to the indictment, he has been previously convicted of other offenses.

Seth A. Nyberg, 30, of Laraway Court in Derry on three aggravated charges related to the sale of a controlled drug – methamphetamine – on December 9, 2023, and on January 10 and February 23, 2023, in Salem.

Kevin J. O’Leary, 31, of Islington Street in Portsmouth, charged with criminal damage to property – extended term and criminal damage to property, both felonies. He was accused of damaging the lamps at Temple Israel in Portsmouth on April 8, a crime of hostility to a religion.

Lisa Patchell, 50, of Harrison Road in Naples, Maine, on three counts of aggravated possession of controlled drugs, a mixture of fentanyl and cocaine, alprazolam and fentanyl, on Jan. 8 in Salem.

Nashai Ahrayahalla Pires, 30, of Cherry Street in Quincy, MA, was charged March 12 in Seabrook with possession of meth and tampering with evidence, both felonies, and resisting arrest or detention. She was accused of taking a baggie of drugs and failing to surrender it to a police officer.

Angel D. Plata Valdez, 34, of Beech Street in Manchester, for possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl-parafluorofentanyl, possession of cocaine with intent to resell, and possession of fentanyl-parafluorofentanyl with intent to resell, all felonies, in Londonderry on January 14, 2022.

Nicole E. Plummer, 33, of Gershome Avenue in Lowell, MA, was charged with reckless conduct and use of a deadly weapon. She was accused of using her vehicle as a weapon while traveling the wrong way on Interstate 93 South in Salem on February 12.

Zachary Daniel Poulin, 38, of Drinkwater Road, Exeter, for aggravated possession of fentanyl parafluorofentanyl in Nottingham on September 12, 2023.

Milagros Quiles, 48, of Knox Street in Lawrence, MA, charged with aggravated robbery. He is accused of threatening another person with physical violence during a theft at Walmart in Salem on March 5.

Xaviel De Jesus Rodriguez Torres, 28, of Essex Street in Paterson, New Jersey, is charged with conspiracy to receive stolen goods. He was accused of agreeing with Estuary Lanfranco, Virgilio Ceballo Arias and another person to inspect a stolen 2022 Honda CR-V in Salem on March 20.
