Crissy Carlisle, CFO of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, will step down from her position, the Dallas-based home health and hospice care provider announced.

The company said Carlisle has agreed to facilitate a smooth transition of roles and responsibilities. Enhabit said it has begun a “comprehensive search” to find its next chief financial officer.

“Crissy has made significant contributions to Enhabit since we became a publicly traded company just over two years ago,” said Barb Jacobsmeyer, president and CEO of Enhabit, in a statement. “Her deep commitment to our employees, patients, partners and shareholders, as well as her insights and financial acumen, have helped the company achieve stability across the business and position our organization for growth. I am grateful for Crissy’s partnership and look forward to her continued leadership as we search for her successor.”

Carlisle said it was time for her to take on a new challenge.

“It has been a privilege to work with our leadership team and lead Enhabit in its early days as a public company,” said Carlisle. “I am proud of what we have accomplished together, including building a financial organization and improving and strengthening our control environment, while providing excellent care to our patients. Enhabit is well positioned for success and value creation. Having achieved many of my professional goals here, I believe now is the right time to take on a new challenge. I look forward to supporting a seamless transition.”
