Jannine Sayago-Gonzalez appointed Sales Manager at Okan Tower

Okan Tower, Miami’s supertall tower anchored by the Hilton Miami Bayfront hotel, has announced the appointment of Jannine Sayago-Gonzalez of Fortune Development Sales as sales director for the 70-story tower, which is set to become a landmark in the Downtown Miami skyline.

In this role, Sayago-Gonzalez will oversee all sales activities for Okan Tower and lead the sales team, recruiting and training activities. Since joining Okan Tower’s internal sales team in 2021, Sayago-Gonzalez has proven herself to be a proven leader and is responsible for the project’s revenue to date of over $60 million.

Previously, she served as an in-house leasing specialist at Panorama Tower, the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan, where she played an instrumental role in fully leasing the project’s 821 luxury rental units.

“We are excited to have Jannine step into this leadership role,” said Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group. “Her experience and proven track record make her the perfect fit to lead our sales team and we are confident she will continue to add great value and set high standards as we continue to introduce buyers to a new, vibrant landmark in Downtown Miami.”

Designed by internationally renowned architectural firm Behar Font & Partners and located at 555 N. Miami Ave., the mixed-use project will include 163 Sky Residences, 236 short-term rental residences operated by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, a 316-room Hilton Miami Bayfront hotel and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.

Located at the epicenter of Downtown Miami, Okan Tower occupies a prime downtown location where culture, entertainment, art, fine dining, Miami’s waterfront and most iconic cultural and entertainment attractions intersect. Okan Tower will be a monument to the future as Downtown Miami has been revitalized by the allure of the ultimate live, work and play destination.

Currently under construction, Okan Tower finished pouring concrete on its massive foundation this spring, which required 1,200 trucks, and will be one of Miami’s tallest towers when it opens in 2027, reaching 902 feet.

The project offers countless unique amenities, including a ground floor arrival entrance with dedicated 24-hour front desk and concierge, a 70th floor rooftop pool and skydeck with private cabanas offering breathtaking views of Downtown and Biscayne Bay, and an additional 12th floor lap pool with clubroom and indoor and outdoor lounges.

Buyers will have access to a state-of-the-art health and fitness center with yoga studio, Peloton bikes and interactive fitness mirror, as well as a dedicated wellness spa with sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. A fully equipped children’s sensory and play room, a state-of-the-art technology cinema, and a wine cellar and owner’s lounge are some of the other exceptional features that complement the range of lifestyle amenities.

Okan Tower is the Okan Group’s first development in the United States, but just the latest masterpiece in its extensive portfolio of prestigious mixed-use projects that have earned the company a global reputation in construction, banking, textiles, manufacturing, tourism, and more.

The Okan Tower Sales Gallery is exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales and is located at 542 N. Miami Ave. For more information, call 305-600-1000 or visit online at www.okantowermiami.com.
