BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Artists from around the world and art lovers from across the High Desert will gather at Riverbend Park in Bend on Sunday for the final day of this year’s Art in the High Desert.

The event, Central Oregon’s premier juried arts and crafts show and sale, features 150 artists from across the U.S. and Canada and returned to Bend this year after being held at the Redmond Fairgrounds following a COVID-related hiatus.

Participating artists are selected based on specific criteria: originality and intention, concept and consistency of style and presentation. The third and final day of this year’s event began at 10 a.m. and ended at 4 p.m.

Kelsey McGee visits the show and looks at what the artists are exhibiting and what visitors are buying and appreciating. Her report will be on NewsChannel 21 at six o’clock, airing tonight on Fox Central Oregon.
