Gin Blossoms headline new music and food festival in Gilbert

PHOENIX – Late ’80s rock band and Arizona’s Gin Blossoms will headline the new Sound Bites Music & Food Festival in Gilbert this fall.

The new festival will take place on October 12th at Gilbert Regional Park and will run from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The Gin Blossoms originally come from Tempe and rose to fame with hits like “Hey Jealousy,” “Allison Road,” and “Found Out About You.” According to Setlist.fm, the band last played at the Extra Innings Festival in Arizona in March.

Other acts at the festival include High 90’s and The Black Moods.

How much do tickets for the Sound Bites Music & Food Festival cost?

Tickets for children under 12 are free. The cheapest tickets for other visitors are $25 for general admission.

Cabana package tickets are $800 and include a cabana with patio seating, eight adult admission tickets, two VIP parking passes and bar service.

What food will be available at the Sound Bites Music & Food Festival?

In addition to the musical performances at the festival, the festival will feature a selection of food trucks offering barbecue, burgers, pretzels, tapas, ice cream and kettle corn.

Alcohol is available on the festival grounds for visitors aged 21 and over with a valid ID.

Parking is available on site from 1:30pm and must be paid for by credit or debit card.
