Selena Gomez meets his film brother again David Henrie in this first look at the upcoming reboot/sequel series Wizards Beyond Waverly Place!

The 32-year-old actress serves as executive producer of the series and will make a guest appearance as Alex Russo in the first episode. David is also an executive producer and part of the main cast.

In a just-released first look, fans can see the first footage from the new series, including behind-the-scenes and never-before-seen clips, as well as moments with the series’ main cast!

The first look video also shows: David DeLuisewho will reprise his role as family patriarch Jerry Russo.

Here’s a summary: The series follows adult Justin Russo, who has chosen to live a normal, mortal life with his family, Giada, Roman, and Milo. When Justin’s sister Alex brings Billie home to seek help, Justin realizes he must brush up on his magical skills to mentor the apprentice wizard while also managing his everyday duties – and securing the future of the wizarding world.

Other stars of the show are Janice LeAnn Brown as Billie, Alkaio Thiele as Roman Russo, Max Matenko as Milo Russo, Taylor Cora as winter and Mimi Gianopulos as Giada Russo.

Wizards Beyond Waverly Place is currently in production and is scheduled to premiere on Disney Channel and Disney+ later this year.
