Nick and Vanessa Lachey’s house in Hawaii has officially changed hands, exactly two months after the Love is blind The co-hosts put it back on the market after owning it for two years. According to Realtor.com, the modern home sold last week for $9.45 million — $300,000 less than the couple’s asking price, but still more than the roughly $8.8 million they paid for the 650-square-foot residence in May 2022.
Before they packed their bags and went to Oahu, where Vanessa filmed three seasons of NCIS: HawaiiThe couple and their three children lived in Encino, California, where they have now returned. Last month, the TV hosts purchased a $6.8 million, six-bedroom farmhouse in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood.
NCIS: Hawaiiin which the Filipino-born actress made history as the franchise’s first female lead, was canceled in April, necessitating a move back to LA. “Home is where the heart is… Hawaii, my heart will always be with you!” Vanessa wrote in an Instagram post on August 13. “Mahalo Nui Loa for the 3 beautiful, magical years you gave me and my family! Now on to the next adventure.”

Located near the beach in Honolulu’s upscale Kahala neighborhood, the couple’s former home puts an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living. The family’s modern new home also has a sliding glass door leading to the backyard, although the sliding wall is quite a bit smaller and less spectacular than the one in the Honolulu home. Outside, there are covered patios for dining and relaxing, an electric fire pit, a grilling area, a pool and a small pool house. The home also has a well-equipped basement with a ping pong table, wet bar, wine wall, safe and a tiered and soundproofed movie room.
