Parker’s Kitchen opened the doors of two new Georgia convenience stores in South Rincon and Hephzibah earlier this month.

The South Rincon location at 2991 Old Augusta Road opened on August 7 and the Hephzibah store at 4102 Windsor Spring Road opened on August 9.

The new c-stores will offer Parker’s “made from scratch” breakfast, lunch and dinner options, as well as other convenience items, including self-checkout.

Parker’s currently operates 92 retail stores in Georgia and South Carolina and plans to double its store count over the next four years.

The convenience store chain is currently building a new store in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, in Berkeley County, according to a LinkedIn post by general contractor Gillam & Associates of Aiken, South Carolina, providing an update on the project’s progress.

Earlier this month, Parker secured a spot on Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 2024 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

“What an incredible honor for Parker’s Kitchen to be named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies for 2024 for the seventh time,” said Greg Parker, founder and CEO of Parker’s Kitchen, when the magazine released the rankings.

  • Parker Co. ranks 86th in the CSP Top 202 rankings of U.S. c-store chains by number of stores in 2024.

Parker’s Kitchen was founded in 1976 as a one-store operation in Midway, Georgia, and now has more than 90 c-stores and is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia.
