⛈️ The weather today: Showers and thunderstorms are possible after 2 p.m., mostly sunny, high around 91 and winds turning southwest to northwest at 5-8 mph. Tonight there is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 8 p.m., with clearing to partly cloudy skies, low around 71 and decreasing west winds.

Alexandria Living Magazine reported that Thanida Thai, one of the shops and restaurants displaced by the Montgomery Center redevelopment, will find a new home just a few blocks away.
The Thai restaurant opened in 2016 and is moving to 1200 N. Fayette Street in the Braddock neighborhood, near the Yates Car Wash. Alexandria Living Magazine reported that the new location is “coming soon.”
The Thai restaurant will open not far from Salon Kate & Spa, another refugee from the Montgomery Center redevelopment.
