Pepsi Dig In Event puts the black restaurant SAINT in the spotlight

Pepsi Dig In hosted a pop-up at the newly opened SAINT in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan in honor of Pepsi Dig In Day. The event served as a preview of Pepsi Dig In Day 2024, a day where guests are encouraged to visit Black-owned restaurants.

Attendees were able to sample light snacks from SAINT’s menu, such as shrimp tacos, fried macaroni and cheese balls and mini hamburger sliders. Refreshments were also sponsored by Pepsi Dig In, with original cocktails such as the Starry Peppa-Mint with STARRY, white rum, simple syrup, cucumber and a mint muddle and the Chocolate Spritz with Pepsi-Zero Sugar plus rum, chocolate bitters and crème de cacao.

Halfway through the event, guests were treated to a toast by Tiffany Stephens, Sr. Marketing Manager and spokesperson for Pepsi Dig In (pictured above), as well as a live demo of the Chocolate Spritz.

This event gave guests an idea of what to expect on the official Pepsi Dig In Day on August 24th in Chicago, Illinois.
