Warren County Health Department: Food Inspections for the Month of July

Below is a summary of food inspections conducted by the Warren County Health Department in July 2024:

Warren County Fair. 615 Fairgrounds RD Warrenton, MO 63383. Routine. July 3, 2024. Upper Concession Stand, Aston Concessions, Tri-Cor Concessions, Two Reds Lemonade, no items of concern at this time.

Core items of the lower snack stand: Ice machine needed to be cleaned. No disinfectant test strips available and triple sink used incorrectly.

Crable/Ozark Concessions, Key Articles: Ceiling leak above dishwashing area caused by rain.

Cowboy Q, Core Items: There is no soap or trash can at the handwashing station outside.

Mikey’s Pour House. 10 Wildcat DR Suite J Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. July 9, 2024. Priority Items: Contamination risk, fish was stored next to lettuce. Toxic storage, cleaning supplies were stored next to food on the food counter. This was corrected on site. Key Points: Labeling, Swai fish was referred to as catfish on the menu. This was corrected on site. Repairs: The walk-in cooler door, wall and floor at the back door, ceiling tiles in several places, door frame at the employee restroom, tiles in the bar area, all need repair and a cutting board needed to be replaced. Cleaning, containers on the counter, bottom of the salad dressing fridge, walls, floors, mop sink, area around the hand sink, cook line fridge, range hoods, containers under onions and employee restroom, all need cleaning. All corrected by follow-up inspection on 7/23/2024.

Ball’s Q Shack. 100 W. 2nd Street Suite E Wright City, MO 63390. 2. Post Inspection. July 11, 2024. Priority points: Cleaning. The fry area table needs to be cleaned regularly and/or replaced with a smooth, easy to clean table. Key points: Clutter. Clutter behind the counter and desk in the kitchen needs to be controlled and cleaned. Cleaning. Some refrigeration equipment from the last inspections still needs to be cleaned. Repairs in the fry area and stove. The broken seal on a freezer needs to be replaced.

StlouisianaQ. 101 Locust Wright City, MO 63390. Routine. July 19, 2024. No priority items at this time. Core items: Repairs. Some walls need painting and the walls in the room with the ice machine need finishing.

Innsbrook Conference Center. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. July 30, 2024. No priority items at this time. Core items, front cook line drawers, mixer arm, walk in freezer floor at entrance and all shelving units inside and outside refrigerators need cleaning. Repairs, back door seal needs replacing.

Innsbrook Golf Course Parr Bar. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. July 30, 2024. Priority Point: Food to be held warm was not heated to 165 degrees prior to holding. Key Points: Pest control and fly screens are required. A tent was required over the cooking area. This was corrected on site.

Innsbrook Country Market. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. July 31, 2024. There were no priority points at this time. Key points: Labelling and dating, Food in the chiller and cakes not labelled correctly. Cleaning, Interiors of all chiller shelves in the cafe and supermarket need cleaning. Unnecessary items/clutter, There is clutter on the floor in the back room storeroom. Mop sink, Mop sink in the toilet is used for storage, not for its intended purpose. Food arrangement in fridge/freezer units, Food in a freezer in the supermarket was not arranged correctly. This has been corrected on site.

Charrette Creek Commons. 596 Aspen Way Drive Innsbrook, MO 63390. Routine. July 31, 2024. Priority issue: Employees eating at the food preparation line. This was addressed on site. Equipment for measuring food temperature. There was no probe thermometer.
