A DOLLAR Tree shopper raved about a kitchen utensil that she compared to a more expensive popular brand from Walmart.
This customer bought these two sets of disposable cutting boards and gave her review.
YouTuber Secret Life of Vivian (@Vivian_Tries) showed off the $1.25 four-pack of disposable cutting boards she discovered at the bargain retailer.
Vivian raved about the value of this Dollar Tree item.
“They are disposable items, why should you pay top prices for them,” she said in a YouTube video.
Vivian compared this bargain to a pack of Dixie Ultra cutting boards
This more expensive product sells for $11.72.
Vivian explained that the Dixie package contains 10 boards, while the Dollar Tree product consists of four items.
Nevertheless, the YouTuber said that in her opinion the savings of $8.75 were worth it.
“In my opinion, it’s still a no-brainer,” she said.
“These are not luxury items and are not intended to be passed on to grandchildren.”
“It’s for a quick little cutting session. Easy as pie,” she added.
Vivian said a big similarity between the two products is the thickness of the boards.
She also explained the key differences between these products.
First, she said that the Dollar Tree package comes in four different colors and four different designs to represent different foods.
The Dixie Ultra boards are available in two different colors.

Vivian shared that another big difference is how these items handle water.
She revealed that the Dollar Tree product absorbed water faster than the Dixie boards, causing cuts to become more visible.
A YouTube user shared his rave review of Dollar Tree’s product for a reason.
“My boyfriend is colorblind. The Dollar Tree cutting board with the pictures on it is AWESOME for people with colorblindness,” they wrote.
BIG SAVINGS
As the US Sun previously reported, Dollar Tree customers have taken advantage of other bargains they found at the retailer.
This also included other important kitchen utensils such as decorative plates.
Dollar Tree’s gold plastic charger plates with pearl rim were sold for just $1.25.
These plates were compared to Target’s Slickblue Glitter Gold Stripe Charger Plate with Glitter Rim, which costs $56.99 each.
