Garuda Indonesia and a private airport transfer specialist have partnered to provide seamless pre- and post-flight land transportation support at select airline airports and destinations.
Ifran Setiaputra, President and CEO of Garuda Indonesia, said the collaboration is part of the airline’s efforts to add value to its customers, particularly by providing premium services through a range of airport transfer alternatives.
“In addition to offering safe and convenient flight connections, providing exclusive pick-up and drop-off services is an essential step we are focusing on to further enhance the travel convenience of our passengers. This initiative represents our commitment to providing a seamless travel experience from pre-flight, through to flight and post-flight,” explained Ifran.

The new airport transfer service can be booked up to 48 hours before arrival time through the FlyGaruda app and is currently available to travelers in Sydney and Melbourne (Australia), Bangkok (Thailand), Haneda and Narita (Japan), Incheon (South Korea), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Singapore.
