HGTV superfans have the rare chance to own a piece of “Fixer Upper” history: One of chip And Joanna Gaines‘ most unique flips are on the market for just under $1 million.

Located in McGregor, Texas, the seven-bedroom, four-bathroom property was featured in the third season of the couple’s hit series in 2015. It quickly became one of the show’s most iconic homes and was aptly named “Magnolia House.”

And it is not just the name that makes the property, built in 1880, so special.

In an episode titled “A Second Home for the Holidays,” viewers watched Chip and Joanna fall in love with the dilapidated house so much that they bought it themselves when their clients turned it down.

After spending just $199,900 on the property, they took on the renovation as a passion project and transformed the house into a stunning (and lucrative) vacation home.
