“I’d rate UNDER here. I love my Big Ten defenses, as you know. The Scarlet Knights allowed a total of 30 points in their first three games last year. Against weaker opponents like Wagner, they only allowed three points. Howard is in a similar situation to Wagner when they face Greg Schiano’s team on Thursday. I’d rate Howard UNDER whatever the team total is because I don’t think they’ll score a touchdown at Rutgers.”
