St. Cloud (WJON News) – After a short break during the summer months, we are bringing back our World Food Tour.

I’ve been searching the area for authentic ethnic dishes. I have only two rules: the restaurant has to be in the greater St. Cloud area and I can’t repeat a country.

My last stop is Tequila City Club in downtown St. Cloud. They are located in the former DB Searles building on Fifth Avenue.

The restaurant opened earlier this year and serves food on the third floor. There is also a Latin dance club on the second floor.

They now offer a full menu on the ground floor as well.

After the usual offering of free chips and salsa, we order the appetizers Chimichanga Supremas and the Combo Platter. You won’t leave hungry, there was a lot to eat.

They also offer two draft beers for the price of one, so of course we had to get a Dos Equis and a Pacifico.
