Uhudlerlandestheater: Freyschütze’s “Dance with the Devil” at Tabor Castle

The Uhudlerland Theater celebrated a successful premiere with the play “Der Freyschütze oder Jägerromantik 2.0” at Tabor Castle in Neuhaus am Klausenbach. To the dark side

The question of morality and meaning

In the new production, Pauer not only asks the question of moral integrity and the price one is willing to pay for success, but also questions the Meaningfulness of old customs and the role of women. Over the course of the play, Agathe develops into a strong and independent character who is not guided solely by the traditions of her time. In the end, the young lovers realize that they must shape their own lives and that this is the only way they can be happy.
