Kerdyk Real Estate has completed the sale of the site, including land and buildings, of the landmark Duffy’s Tavern Sports Grill at 2108 SW 57 Ave. for $4.5 million.
The transaction was completed on July 26.
The seller was 2112 Realty Corp. and the buyer was Greenway Point LLC. Kerdyk Real Estate team members William Colas, Sales Manager, and Trae Kerdyk, Senior Associate, represented the seller. According to the buyer, Duffy’s Tavern will remain as a tenant for the near future.

The family-oriented restaurant and bar features a full kitchen, bar, grease trap, walk-in freezer, storage and a liquor license. Originally built as a home in 1929, Duffy’s has been a loyal neighborhood hangout for burger, beverage and sports fans since Martin Duffy opened the business in 1955. The current owners/operators are Wayne Russell and James Fabbricatore.
