The Greek Orthodox Church of St. Constantine and Helena is hosting its annual Greek Festival, which begins Friday, September 6 and runs through Sunday, September 8. The festival lasts three days – on the grounds of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Constantine and Helena, 701 Norwood Road in Silver Spring: Friday, 6.9.: 4-9pm, Saturday, September 7th: 11am–9pm. Sunday, 8.9.: 11am–7pm

You can enjoy homemade Greek dishes and desserts such as gyros, souvlaki and loukoumades or shop for Greek foods, jewelry and crafts from local Greek vendors while enjoying Greek music with live performances by Greek dance groups. The festival will also feature a raffle for a brand new 2024 Mercedes GLB (donated by Mercedes of Silver Spring), with the raffle winner having the choice of accepting the car or $30,000 in cash as a prize.
