Demi Moore’s granddaughter gave her a sweet nickname

Demi Moore is a proud grandmother, but her granddaughter Louetta doesn’t call her that. During a stop on the Today On the show, Moore explained to hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie that her granddaughter gave her a super-sweet nickname: Yaya, which is Greek for grandma. Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis welcomed Louetta last year with her ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas.

“I love it,” Moore told Kotb and Guthrie what it’s like to be a grandmother before gushing about her granddaughter. “I’m ‘Yaya.’ And she’s the cutest. Rumer just sent me a photo of her with spaghetti on her head.”

Earlier this summer, Moore shared a snapshot of Louetta basking in the sun with Rumer and Tallulah on Instagram.

During her interview with Kotb and Guthrie, Moore also took the time to talk about her new film. The substanceShe explained that the film pushed her out of her “comfort zone” and that it was both physically and emotionally challenging for her after having already acted in popular films such as Charlie’s Angels – Full Throttle And The unbearable burden of enormous talent and television shows like feud And Brave new world. The substance received an 11-minute standing ovation at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, according to Diversity.

“I knew it was really going to push me out of my comfort zone. It was a lot of challenges, not just physically, which there are a lot, but emotionally – the level of sheer vulnerability it required,” Moore said. “But the message that was so powerful for me in this was not what happens under the circumstances, but the violence we do to ourselves.”
