Stone Creek Ranch is one of South Florida’s most coveted private gated communities with only 37 ultra-luxurious estates. Located in Palm Beach County west of Delray Beach, Stone Creek Ranch is known as “Billionaire’s Row” due to its sprawling estates, most of which cost over $20 million.

Now comes a rare opportunity to own property in this prestigious enclave: a new $33 million home at 9200 Rockybrook Way. Sundara Estate sits on 2.67 acres of lush land overlooking a large lake. The home spans 18,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms, ten bedrooms and two powder rooms. The design was inspired by the Four Seasons Bali, known for its tranquility, relaxed luxury and the serene splendor that the five-star hotel offers. You enter the home through a grand entrance flanked by two giant water features, outdoor art installations and tropical landscaping. Inside is a double-height foyer with soaring ceilings and a magnificent chandelier that dominates the space. A sculptural staircase leads to the second floor where there is an elevated walkway overlooking the foyer and great room.

Designed by Stuart Brenner Architects and built by AK Building with interiors by Michael Gray, the home has an ultra-modern feel but with warm textures and rich materials. Past the foyer, the home opens to another double-height space. The great room features a massive marble floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace and elegant furnishings that wouldn’t be out of place in a designer boutique. Thirty-foot floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the pool and resort-style pool house. The furnishings were carefully designed and selected for this home and it is offered fully furnished. Just off the great room is a private office that features a hidden door that leads to a cigar lounge.

“While staying at the Four Seasons Bali while designing their dream home in Florida, the original owners were enchanted by the resort’s Zen-inspired luxury,” says Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman. Forbes“They found inspiration in the resort’s seamless blend of tranquility, opulence, world-class amenities and commitment to wellness.”

The home is beautifully symmetrical and the layout was carefully designed and crafted under the guidance of a feng shui master who harmonized the energy of the space. The many Buddha statues, tropical landscaping and countless water features nod to Bali’s zen atmosphere. In addition to the great room, there is a chic downsview kitchen as well as an industrial-grade catering kitchen and pantry. The main level also features a formal dining room with Terzani light fixtures and a Murano glass wall installation. Upstairs, the master suite is like its own private apartment with two bathrooms, a private terrace and, most importantly, a Chanel-inspired closet. One closet looks like it came straight out of a Chanel boutique and features glamorous shelving and displays for haute couture, and the second closet was designed to showcase a sneaker collection.

Other home amenities include a wine room with illuminated display shelves, a gym, sauna, and massage room. The home also features a 370-square-foot entertainment area with a game room, hotel-like bar, and movie theater. The backyard, however, is the absolute crown jewel of the property. The outdoor oasis features a 600,000-gallon saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, pool deck, and numerous covered patios. Finally, there is a garage for a car collector and a separate guest house.

“Privacy and security are unparalleled in this gated community, which is guarded by armed patrols 24/7,” she says of the neighborhood. “Thanks to its ideal location near Florida’s best schools, this home offers an ideal getaway for families seeking both security and access to a world-class education.”
