Ace Hardware introduces the experience store format “ELEVATE³ Ace”

Key features of the ELEVATE3 Ace Experiential Store Model:

  • Showrooms of the premium brands: The ELEVATE3 The Ace Store model will feature the best and most exclusive brands such as Weber, Traeger, Big Green Egg, Craftsman, DeWalt, MilwaukeeEGO and Stihl in a cross-brand shopping environment that is only available at Ace.
  • Improved customer service: The ELEVATE3 The Ace Store model enhances Ace’s legendary customer service and ensures that new and evolving trends in consumer shopping behavior are carefully considered throughout.
  • Inspiring and stimulating store design: The ELEVATE3 The Ace flagship store model will include an outdoor area with impressive merchandise display and a barbecue area for demos and events, providing an immersive backyard experience. This innovative design will engage all five senses, indoors and out.
  • New ranges and features: Ace retailers will benefit from new product assortments and features designed to increase sales and improve the overall consumer shopping experience.

“Over the next five years, Ace Hardware will have 1 billion US dollars in opening new stores and remodeling existing stores to better serve our neighbors,” added Venhuizen. “The Elevate Ace business model will be at the heart of this investment.”

More than 17,600 Ace hardware dealers and industry experts attending Ace’s Fall Conference in Chicagothe largest company in the history of the hardware industry, was the first company to test the innovative ELEVATE technology.3 Ace Store Model. A fully built-out 1200 square meter model store on the show floor, complete with outdoor areas and live demonstrations, received consistently positive feedback for its design and functionality.

Customers can look forward to ELEVATE3 Ace will be launched in selected stores starting this year, with full rollout in new and existing stores January 2025 and will continue over the next five years.
