Arvest Bank is on Forbes’ 2024 list of the state’s best employers

FAYETTEVILLEArk. , 21 August 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Arvest Bank was named to the 2024 Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for Arkansas (No. 4) and Oklahoma (16th place). It is the fifth year in a row that the bank has been on the list for Arkansas and the third year for Oklahoma.

The America’s Best-In-State Employers 2024 list was presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the leading statistics portal and provider of industry rankings, and is based on an independent survey of a sample of over 160,000 employees from companies across all industries in the United States that employ at least 500 people. The award was based on data from the last 3 years, which made it possible to distinguish between companies that have consistently performed well and those that have had just one good year.

An employer’s final rating was determined on a state-by-state basis and was based on two types of employee ratings: personal ratings from employees who were willing to recommend their own employer to friends and family, and public ratings, which consist of recommendations from friends and family of employees or members of the public who work in the same industry.

“At Arvest, we know that success starts with talented people who believe in supporting each other, our customers and our communities,” said Laura AndressChief People Officer of Arvest. “We are committed to fostering a company culture that attracts and retains high-caliber talent. This recognition is a testament to that commitment and we are grateful to everyone who makes our company a great place to work.”
