29 August 2024 – Richter Real Estate – a commercial, residential and property management company headquartered in Savannah, Georgia – recently negotiated the sale of a 25-acre site at Pooler Parkway and Old Quacco Road in Pooler, Georgia for a new luxury apartment community.
Mark Hall, commercial real estate agent with Judge Realty, brokered the sale of the property, which is located directly across from Savannah Quarters, to Southwest Quadrant Development Company.

The site, which was earmarked for multi-family housing, is currently being developed by Thompson Thrift as luxury apartments. Liliana, a premier multi-family community, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with up to 1,400 square feet of living space.
The gated community will include 360 apartments, a fitness center, a 24-hour social gathering space, a resort-style heated swimming pool, electric fire pits, a pickleball court, a dog park and other amenities. Units at Liliana are scheduled to begin leasing in fall 2025, with move-in planned for summer 2026.
