The Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is the first promotion since 1889 to hold a legal, sanctioned and regulated bare knuckle event in the United States.

Based in Philadelphia and led by former professional boxer David Feldman, BKFC is dedicated to preserving the historic legacy of bare-knuckle fighting using a specially developed set of rules that prioritize fighter safety.

Regulate

Fighters may bandage and tape the wrist, thumb and metacarpal. No bandage or tape may be placed within 2.5 cm of the knuckles.

The fighters must be on the line. In the middle of the ring, there are two lines, three feet apart, where the fighters begin each round. The front foot must be on the line and then the referee will instruct the fighters to raise their fingers, which signifies the start of the round/fight.
