BOISE, Idaho – Head coach of the Boise State beach volleyball team Allison Voigt announced the schedule for fall 2024 on Thursday.

The 2024-25 season will be the third consecutive year that the NCAA will allow teams to use the fall season for competition. Under NCAA rules, competition in the fall will consist entirely of pairs tournaments, while the spring season will use the traditional doubles format.

The Broncos’ fall schedule consists of four pairs tournaments. The coaching staff will also send a pair to the AVCA National Pairs Championship in November.

Boise State begins the fall season with two opportunities to qualify another pair for the pairs championship. The Broncos will travel to Spokane, Washington, for the AVCA Pacific Northwest Qualifier on October 12-13. Two weeks later, the Broncos will head to Huntington Beach, California, for the Surf City Challenge on October 26-27.

The Blue and Orange return to the Treasure Valley to host the third annual City of Trees Classic at the Boise State Beach Volleyball Complex on Nov. 2 and 3. The Broncos will compete against pairs from Oregon and Utah during the two-day event.

Boise State will finish its fall season with two concurrent events. The AVCA National Pairs Championship begins on November 15 in Huntsville, Alabama, while the rest of the team heads to the Best of the Rest tournament in Phoenix, Arizona, hosted by Grand Canyon.

Voigt enters her seventh season at the helm of the program and has set a program record with 31 wins and finished second at the Southland Conference Championship for the second year in a row.
