Brad Pitt wants his son Pax to “get to a good place” after e-bike accident

Brad Pitt is staying updated on his estranged son Pax’s recovery following the e-bike accident that left the 20-year-old in intensive care.

Although there is still no peace between Pax and Pitt, a source told The Post that people close to the family continue to ensure that the Wolf star is kept updated on his son’s health.

Pax’s recovery “continues to go in the right direction,” the insider revealed.

Pitt is focused on Pax’s full recovery and wants his son to “get to a good place,” the source added.

On July 29, Pax rode his e-bike into a car at a red light in the Los Feliz district of Los Angeles. Witnesses reportedly thought he was dead.

“His mouth was full of blood. When he tried to speak, I saw a tiny stream of blood coming out of his mouth,” a bystander who came to his aid told Entertainment Tonight.

Pax was taken to a local hospital after paramedics arrived at the scene. He was admitted to intensive care and diagnosed with “complex trauma” after suffering a severe head injury, a minor brain bleed and a hip injury.

According to reports, 49-year-old mother Angelina Jolie immediately rushed to her son’s side when she received the news, and all of Pax’s siblings visited him during his hospital stay.

The second eldest of Jolie and Pitt’s six children remained in intensive care for a week before being discharged on August 5.

Mother and son are “deeply grateful for the quick and life-saving intervention of first responders and the excellent medical care he received,” a source told People earlier this month.

Pitt, 60, was “shocked and emotional” and “extremely worried” about Pax after the accident, TMZ reported.

According to the outlet, the “Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood” actor received a “steady flow of information” from “concerned people close to the family” shortly after the crash.

As The Post can confirm, this information is still circulating two weeks after Pax was released from the intensive care unit.

Pitt, a motorcycle enthusiast himself, was said to have been concerned that Pax was not wearing a helmet when he crashed his e-bike. The 20-year-old has been involved in several accidents in recent months.

Pax’s accident occurred in the middle of his parents’ eight-year divorce battle.

In addition to Pax, Pitt and Jolie have five children together: Maddox, 23, Zahara, 19, and Shiloh, 18, as well as twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.

Jolie adopted Pax in 2007 when he was just three years old. In 2008, Pitt also officially adopted Pax.

The news that Pitt is hoping for Pax’s successful recovery comes shortly after Shiloh officially dropped her famous father’s last name. After filing a motion to drop Pitt’s last name on her birthday in May, a judge granted her request. She is now officially called Shiloh Jolie.
