Céline Dion condemns use of “My Heart Will Go On” at Trump rally: “Really, that song?”

Céline Dion has denounced Donald Trump and JD Vance for using her song “My Heart Will Go On” at a rally in Montana on Friday night.

The singer’s management team released a statement on behalf of the artist and her record label regarding the use of the Titanic Hit. “Today, Céline Dion’s management team and her record label, Sony Music Entertainment Canada Inc., became aware of the unauthorized use of the video, recording, musical performance and image of Céline Dion singing ‘My Heart Will Go On’ at a Donald Trump/JD Vance campaign rally in Montana,” it said.

“This use is in no way authorized and Céline Dion does not endorse this or any similar use,” the statement continued. “… And really, THIS song?”

Last month, Dion made her first appearance in over four years at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, singing Edith Piaf’s “L’Hymne à l’amour.”
