Morgan Dinger, owner of CHG Marketplace, said they decided to expand Truffle Honey’s outdoor space because they wanted a larger space in addition to the two existing patios where beer and wine can be served outdoors and where people have additional space to wait for a table.

The Filling Station will feature eight different draft beers, pre-mixed beverages, seltzers, wine, and snacks and other food, including the already popular pizza served at Truffle Honey. There will also be outdoor games and special Bill’s Tailgate parties early in the season, featuring drink specials, happy hours and giveaways, as well as the signature wood-fired chicken wings.

“We are excited to announce that The Filling Station will be the ultimate destination for Buffalo Bills fans,” Dinger said. “We will host tailgate parties during games with the action broadcast on a large outdoor screen, creating an atmosphere that is as close to the stadium as you can get without leaving Chautauqua County.”

The gas station is now open at CHQ Marketplace, 3943 Route 394, Thursday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday hours are subject to change depending on Bills game times.

The Filling Station offers outdoor games and places to meet and wait for a table.

Dinger said the Filling Station is a place where anyone can come and have fun.

“It’s a great place for the community,” Dinger said. “It’s open to families and dogs and offers a fun and safe environment. It’s centrally located near Bemus Point, Mayville and Jamestown and we offer excellent craft beers and wines. It’s a great new fun place for the community.”

Dinger added that The Filling Station will also host Oktoberfest at CHQ Marketplace, which takes place on October 5. Live music will be played every weekend at The Filling Station.

Dinger hopes that in the future, The Filling Station will become a community place where everyone can come together and have fun.

“I hope it becomes a place where people can come to Bills games in the summer and fall and enjoy the great scenery,” Dinger said. “We offer private events and CHQ Marketplace has shops, including Truffle Honey, so people can also come and check out the shops and what we have to offer.”

The Filling Station is an extension of the existing truffle honey.
