The American fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick will open its fourth Oklahoma location in Moore on August 27, 2024.
The new venue, located at 750 SW 19th Street just outside of Oklahoma City, will be owned and operated by Troy Morrison.
Morrison, an experienced restaurant franchise manager, currently oversees 95 Taco Bell and Wingstop franchises.
He has secured the rights to open five more Chicken Salad Chick locations in Oklahoma and 11 in Austin, Texas.
The Moore restaurant is the first of the Morrison’s Chicken Salad Chick restaurants to open and will offer in-restaurant and outdoor patio seating, takeout, curbside pickup, third-party delivery and catering.
The menu features freshly prepared chicken salads, fresh side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and desserts.

The opening in Moore follows the brand’s recent launch in Broken Arrow and the establishment of two locations in Tulsa.
