Clarksville, Tennessee: – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has scheduled a road closure on Main Street from North First Street to North Second Street for Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 6:30 a.m.

Traffic will be detoured via North First Street and North Second Street to avoid the construction site. Motorists are asked to slow down, be alert for workers and their equipment, and use an alternate travel route if possible.

The maintenance work on the natural gas pipeline is expected to be completed around 2:30 p.m. and the road will be reopened.
