Cleveland State men’s soccer team finished second in the #HLMSOC preseason poll

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Cleveland State men’s soccer team finished second in the Horizon League preseason poll, as voted on by the league’s ten coaches.

Oakland is in first place with three first-place finishes and a total of 75 points. The Vikings are second with one first-place finish and 73 points. Green Bay received three first-place finishes and IU Indianapolis received one, tying for third place.

The Vikings open the 2024 season on Thursday, August 22nd at 7 p.m. at Ohio State. The first opportunity to see them at home will be on Sunday, August 25th at 4 p.m. against St. Bonaventure.

Cleveland State welcomes back Kyle foldsa graduate student who was named to the second all-league team last season. Bojan Kolevskithe 2022 #HLMSOC Player of the Year and 2021 Horizon League Offensive Player of the Year, is back after missing part of last season due to injury.
