St. Cloud (WJON News) – Coborn’s Incorporated opens a new grocery and liquor store in Plymouth.
The St. Cloud-based company says it will be part of a new project called “The Boulevard,” being built in partnership with developers Roers Companies and Scannell Properties. It will be located at Interstate 494 and Bass Lake Road.
The proposed 75-acre residential complex will be a center with over $300 million in investment, including an outdoor public park and gathering spaces, residential apartments, medical offices, a business park and other retailers.
The Coborn’s store will serve as a prototype and offer a fresh approach to grocery shopping, with a focus on a wide range of fresh produce, locally grown produce and meals for any time of day.
Coborn plans to open the Plymouth store by fall 2025.
Coborn’s Incorporated operates 77 grocery stores in the Midwest.
