The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home was listed for $775,000 in April, a 29.2% increase from the last sale in November 2022 for $600,000. However, the home’s price was recently reduced to $724,900, a discount of over $50,000.

Not only did the murders fascinate people in Colorado, but a Netflix documentary about them garnered worldwide interest, resulting in people constantly driving by, stopping to take photos, and even attempted break-ins by people obsessed with the crimes.

There’s no word on why the current family is selling the house after only a year and a half, but the ad doesn’t mention the house’s spooky past. Instead, it says things like, “Wow, this is a beautiful house,” and “You can’t miss this.”

The listing also includes photographs of the entire property, including the bedrooms where the murders are said to have taken place.
