Commercial properties for sale in the Green Bay area

Are you looking to get into the real estate world? Or expand your property portfolio? Here are eight properties that are currently on the market.

Most of these commercial properties have only recently been vacated, but some have been on the market for months and others have active tenants. The Green Bay Press-Gazette looked at listings and property records and compiled a list of prices, addresses and information about the buildings.

This list includes properties in Green Bay, Bellevue and Ashwaubenon, as well as some in Bay Settlement and New Franken. All are listed on the Realty Hive website.

There are office and multi-tenant buildings in Green Bay

Some of these properties are already leased, including family-run businesses and fast-food restaurants. Others are vacant and can be converted and repurposed.

Near a high-traffic area, a building at 2235 Main Street that currently houses Papa Murphy’s Pizza and Los Tejados, a Mexican restaurant, is for sale. The building is being offered for $875,000. It was built in 1979 and is 2,774 square feet.

Another option is the former Gentle Vet building at 1476 University Ave. in east Green Bay. The property is currently vacant after the company moved to 2560 University Ave. last year. It is currently being offered for $425,000. The building was built in 1970 and is 3,367 square feet.

At the corner of East Mason and Lime Kiln Road is a property that includes Papa John’s Pizza and a retail store at 1930 E. Mason St. The building is listed for $725,000, was built in 1982, and is 4,872 square feet. The property description states that a billboard on the property also generates revenue.

The property at 1921 University Ave. has been for sale for over a year. It is currently listed for $198,000, with no description available. It was built in 1938 and is 2,775 square feet.

Ashwaubenon has a former bank branch

The former Fox Credit Union building at 781 Willard Drive is for sale. Built in 1992, it is 70,000 square feet and has a list price of $1,300,000.

There is a multi-tenant property with discounts in Bellevue

This multi-tenant building next to Festival Foods at 2512 Steffens Court currently has three tenants: Subway, Total Self Defense and Red Wing Shoes. Listed for $895,000, it was built in 1997 and is 5,250 square feet. The listing also says an additional tenant, another Subway restaurant at 1120 Radisson St., could be part of the deal for a total of $1,300,000.

Two commercial properties for sale on the outskirts of Green Bay

Palm Gardens, a restaurant at 6028 Cth K, is on the market for $399,900. The building was built in 1900 and is 7,000 square feet in size. The listing says new flooring has been installed in the bar and dining area.

A large single-story building that currently has one tenant – a daycare center – is for sale at 2725 Sussex Road. The property is 12,902 square feet and was built in 2001. It is being offered for $1,500,000.
