Construction continues on a new Jonathan’s Grille at 35 Chloe Place in Park Place West.

The 80,000-square-foot sports bar on a 2.61-acre site will provide 137 parking spaces upon completion.

Founded in 1999, Jonathan’s Grille is a family-owned, upscale sports bar and restaurant based in Middle Tennessee.

During its successful years, the restaurant chain has strategically adapted to appeal to a broader audience over the past two decades. Their concept was to equip their restaurants with over 50 flat-screen TVs, offer delicious food and an upscale, family-friendly atmosphere. The result is the best place to watch any sporting event.

Customers can expect the same popular menu items as other Middle Tennessee establishments, including burgers, chicken wings, pizza, salads and other entrees. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will also be available, as well as unique two-for-one beers of the month.

Local real estate agent and builder Alex Hollman of Hickman Realty Group & Hollman Builders and Chris Carothers – Hickman Realty Group – have acquired the upscale Nashville sports bar.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, Jonathan’s Grille will also rapidly expand to the following other locations over the next two years: Lebanon, Chattanooga, Clarksville, Smyrna and Huntsville, AL.
