The Dallas Cowboys almost staged a wild comeback in the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, but the first three quarters of the game ultimately proved to be their downfall.

Dak Prescott had a message for fans as he and the rest of the team walked back to the locker room at AT&T Stadium after the 28-25 loss.

“Jump off if you want,” Prescott was heard saying, according to CBS Texas. “Please, please, please.”

Prescott completed 28 of 51 passes for 379 yards and two touchdown passes. He also ran for another. He helped Dallas score 19 points in the fourth quarter after scoring just six points in the previous three quarters.

Dallas fell to 1-2 this year, losing its first two home games for the first time since the 2020 season.

“Make sure guys don’t get caught up in their thoughts,” Prescott said. “They can feel bad tonight, but the next morning it’s over. If you get caught up in your thoughts, you’re not going to prepare properly. You’re still going to look back at things you could have done or should have done.”

The Cowboys allowed too many points early in the game and were disappointed with their early performance.

“You definitely want to be in front of this team,” said Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy. “This is a team that plays to its strengths and profile. We weren’t clean enough to win today.”
