EDENS, the developer of Crofton Station, has reached a major milestone in the redevelopment of the center in Gambrills, MD with the announcement of several new retail openings. The revitalized shopping center is expected to become a vibrant retail center offering the local community a diverse mix of stores and services.
Michaels now open!
The first major milestone of the transformation was the grand opening of Michaels on Saturday, August 17. This new location will feature a modernized layout with self-checkout lanes, a Michaels Custom Framing Center and a carefully curated selection of arts and crafts supplies.
Upcoming openings in autumn
Several more stores are scheduled to open at Crofton Station later this fall:
- The fresh market: A specialty grocery store with a wide selection of premium products.
- Snap Fitness: A 24-hour gym facility covering an area of 1050 square meters, equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
- Always ice: A local favorite known for its award-winning ice cream, shakes and classic treats.
- Legion Martial Arts: Offers classes in fitness, discipline and self-defense for all ages in a supportive environment.
These new openings follow the recent openings of Nekter Juice Bar, Taichi Bubble Tea, Amazing Lash Studio, Sugaring NYC and Chase Bank and further enhance the mall’s appeal. They join established tenants such as Otani Japanese Restaurant, Frank & Luke’s NY Pizza Kitchen, Bonchon and Pure Barre.
