NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Garnett Station Partnersa New York-based investment firm with over $2.3 billion in assets under management, is pleased to announce that Daniel Lee has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Lee brings over twenty years of experience in sourcing, partnering with and financing founder-owned companies to further advance GSP’s business development efforts.
Mr. Lee joins from Comvest, where he served for 13 years as a Partner and Co-Head of Consumer & Retail for the firm’s direct lending strategy. In this role, he led business development activities and originated, structured and managed investments primarily in the consumer and retail verticals.

Prior to joining Comvest, Mr. Lee was a Senior Director at Dymas Capital Management, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, where he served on the Investment Committee and played a key role in the company’s formation and growth from a start-up to an established middle market financial firm. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
