What is the performance of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 like on PC and console? The developers give you the answers!
In an FAQ for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, more details about the game’s performance and more were revealed.
There will be a performance mode and a quality mode on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The Xbox Series S will not have a performance mode.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 – Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5
- Quality mode: 4K resolution at 30 FPS.
- Performance mode: Up to 60 FPS at 1080p.
- Please note that on Xbox Series S, Quality Mode enables 1440p at 30 FPS and Performance Mode is not available.
It was also announced that cross-play will be supported and cross-platform saves will also be possible across the platforms. Full cross-play between Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S players will be supported from day one.
It was also confirmed that the game will not be available on Xbox Game Pass, but will be available on GeForce Now.
