Our best Druid build in Diablo 4 Season 5 is based on earth and storm abilities, mainly the core abilities Landslide and Thunderstorm.
It also takes advantage of the new uniques, the Earthbreaker Ring, Wildheart Hunger, and the Basilisk. The various Spirit Boons also play an important role in stacking the damage of our core skill and other abilities, increasing overall DPS.
The Basilisk — Staff
With that out of the way, here is an overview of the new core elements we will be using in this build:
- Affixations
- + 130% damage to enemies controlled by crowd control
- + (16-25)% Earth Attack Speed
- + (80-100)% critical hit damage
- + (125-170)% physical damage
- + (21-30) % chance to critically hit stunned enemies
- Performance
- The first time you hit an enemy with an Earth skill, petrify them for 3 seconds. Petrifying an enemy deals an additional (4412-26472) physical damage.
Earthbreaker (unique ring)
- Landslides cause the ground to break open into tectonic spikes that deal 0.6-0.9 damage over 2 seconds. When you use Landslides in that area, there is a 20-30% chance that additional Landslide Pillars will spawn in it.
Wildheart Hunger (Unique Boots)
- When you transform into a werewolf or werebear, you gain Wildheart for 5 seconds. Wildheart grants you 1-1.5% increased damage with shapeshifting abilities every 2 seconds, stacking 20 times.
