Now, Keaton is bringing her (be)spectacled style to a new eyewear collection with Look Optic. The capsule collection kicks off with the eponymous “Keaton,” a unisex frame inspired by 70s silhouettes and “Hollywood glamour.”

Available as a reading or progressive lens, the Keaton features a slightly square frame with rounded edges. Strong temples and a curved brow line draw attention upwards to the eyes, while the thicker silhouette suits almost any face shape. Choose from five colorways, including a classic tortoiseshell (shown above), a glossy “black tortoiseshell” with green tinted lenses, and a “cinnamon” colorway with a blue tint, to name a few.

The frames are all made from 100% recycled metal and come with a 100% recycled felt carrying case. A microfiber cleaning cloth is also included.

Look Optic says Keaton was the ideal partner for the collaboration, highlighting her “iconic style.” The company says Keaton personally helped design the glasses and choose each colorway, noting that it’s the first time in her career that she’s collaborated with an eyewear manufacturer. In addition to the vintage influences, the “Keaton” glasses were also inspired by a pair of old Look Optic glasses the actress had purchased in the past.

“When you think of iconic women wearing glasses, there is none more iconic than Diane Keaton,” says Andrew Leary, founder of Look Optic. “And when we asked her if she would be interested in collaborating, we realized that her favorite style was no longer being made. So together we redesigned the silhouette, added tints and new color waves, and the KEATON was born!”

While the Look Optic x Diane Keaton collection launched this month, the brand says it is “sophisticated” and “timeless.” Prices for the unisex glasses range from $68 to $102, making them a relatively affordable choice. In a press release, Look Optic says, “Each pair seamlessly blends fashion and function to create affordable lenses you’ll reach for again and again.”
