Langley, WA – August 13, 2024 – In an important step to advance women’s health and community wellness, Dr. Robyn White, DNP, in partnership with Pamoja Place, proudly announces the inaugural Heal Women, Heal the World Health Festival. The festival will take place on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 11am-4pm at Pamoja Place, 721 Camano Ave, Langley, WA 98260 and is designed to enrich, educate and empower women and their families through a series of impactful activities.

With the theme ‘Stronger Together: Together for Health, Together for Hope’, the festival brings the community together to highlight the importance of health, wellness and community support for women. Attendees can look forward to a day filled with health screenings, wellbeing education, inspirational talks and interactive activities for all ages.

Highlights of the event include:

* Health and wellness booths: Free screenings and interactive health activities focusing on women’s health, including breast cancer education.
* Women’s Marketplace: A showcase for local women-owned businesses to promote economic independence.
* Food and nutrition section: To promote nutrition awareness, local farmers and healthy food options are featured.
* Inspirational talks: Insights from healthcare professionals, breast cancer survivors and community leaders on the importance of health advocacy and early detection.
* Kids Art + Fun Zone: A lively area sponsored by Dr. Robyn White’s Kids Kick Cancer initiative, which also features the coloring book Colorful Heroes: Kids Kick Cancer with Dr. Robyn.
